Each unit is built in California from heavy-duty American steel. Incomparable features include spring-assisted hood, variable infrared searing burner, dual halogen lighting and flip-to-clean ceramic briquettes. The grill has two 20-watt halogen interior lights for the brightest illumination. It also has a built-in ceramic infrared rotisserie burner from 12,000 to 14,000 BTUs (depending on model) with simple touch-on function. High-performance stainless tubular burners at 23,000 BTUs each cook your food quickly and thoroughly. The grill has a symmetrical flip-to-clean radiant tray with ceramic disc briquettes. This model is considered a special order item. Once an order is placed to the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
