The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates ensure stability, covering a recessed enamel cooking surface cavity that contains spills for easy cleaning. The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven, with a 30,000 BTU output, features a speckled blue enamel interior, convection fan, and a 3-layer glass oven door window for fast and precise cooking.
